Cancel Eway Bill

Cancel an EWB. NIC allows cancellation only within 24 hours of generation and only when no movement has begun.
The EWB to cancel is supplied in the request body as ewbNumber (not in the URL). Reason codes: 1=Duplicate, 2=Order cancelled, 3=Data entry mistake, 4=Others.

GSTIN whose NIC IRP / EWB-portal credential authorizes the call.
Seed each GSTIN's credential through the Developer Console.

uuid

Optional client-supplied UUID for correlation across logs and dashboards. If omitted, OneFinOps mints one and echoes it back on the response.
